Twelvesat12, LLC was established in May 2021 by Denise Cliatt and Karyn Farmer. The Founders were initiated into Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in 1987 and 1988 respectively as number 12s and host a weekly conversation on Clubhouse at noon or midnight (hence the name Twelvesat12)

Denise Vernell Cliatt, founding Partner of Twelvesat12, LLC, was born in Philadelphia and now resides in New Jersey with her son and their rescue Blue Heeler mix. She is a graduate of Hampton University (BS Finance), where she was initiated into the sisterhood of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Denise is a Human Resources professional, an entrepreneur, and an active member of her church and Central Jersey Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc through which she enjoys serving the community. She enjoys traveling, reading and developing, nurturing and maintaining meaningful relationships.
Denise has more than 30 years of experience in the Financial Services industry where she built a career as a Human Resources professional. She served as a Global HR business partner recognized for consistently delivering measurable business value through the development and focused execution of creative and strategic integrated HR solutions aligned with the priorities and objectives of the business.
Recently, Denise added “Author” to her experience. She is a co-author in an anthology, “Unstoppable Black Woman: Sisterhood Edition.” The book provides encouragement to women of color through letters, prayers and stories associated with overcoming adversity.
Karyn Thompson Farmer, founding Partner of Twelvesat12, LLC, was born in New Jersey and now resides in Maryland with her family. She is a graduate of Hampton University (BS Math/Comp Sci), where she was initiated into the sisterhood of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Karyn is a cybersecurity professional, an entrepreneur, and an active member of her church where she serves the Lord to empower women and children to live life FREE – Faithful, Resilient, Extraordinary and Expecting. She enjoys traveling, nature, exercising, teaching and financial stewardship.
Karyn has more than 30 years of experience in IT Security providing strategic thought leadership to executive-level clients by rallying large-scale teams to perform outstanding customer service. Karyn’s primary focus is on Cybersecurity Policy and Training. As a result of Karyn’s leadership and client impact, she has consistently assisted her clients in maturing their IT Security posture and improving user awareness through her Cybersecurity courses. Karyn leverages her cybersecurity skills and education to provide opportunities for children to be exposed to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) by conducting camps and workshops.
Recently, Karyn has added “Author” to her experience.
